it's the round brackets in the url 
the more expensive one has a two slot cooler so if the card tends to get very hot this might be a better option (if you can spare the extra pci slot it's bound to make useless)
if the card works fine with the smaller cooler save yourself 10 quid and go buy beer

Well the cards are exactly the same, so depending on what the airflow is like in your case, really depends whether you'll want the card that takes to slots.
