Looking for some headphones for around £30-£45.
For in-door use, they need to be able to drain out loud music in the surroundings (my brother's), and also have decent clarity and bass.
So far I've found a few but they've all had flaws, e.g they need batteries for noise cancellation, or they keep outside noise out, but have crappy sound quality.
So just wondering if anyone knows if a pair of headphones exist that keep outside noise out, yet have decent sound quality to, within my specified price range .
Thanks.

if its corded headphones you're after, i swear by Sennheiser HD202's
they block sound out (closed back design), awesome bass and clear treble, all for less than £20

I used to have the 202's, excellent sound cancelling, alright sound, will be better than anything else you've tried if you havnt had proper headphones before. Dont expect it to be like being shut in a soundproof room though....

if its primarily for use with mp3's and for gaming then the HD202's are very good for the money
Colts recomendations are also very good, i'm just trying to save you some money
my other phones are Beyerdynamic DT440's
if possible it is best going into a shop and trying them
with your fave music, so take a cd
