that bundle is almost the same, The only reason i picked the other motherboard is that it supports sli and crossfire where the standard p55 motherboard only supports crossfire so you could use 2 8800's.

but it all depends on what monitor you use, the 8800gtx will run everything fine at 1024x768, but it takes about 4 times the power to run at 1920 x 1200.

I would consider this the best upgrade that you could do to your pc if you arn not already running something similer

I already have a 22" wide buddy which is ample for me,

I think I am going to buy a videocard as its seems silly to be running top class ram and CPU and an old GFX.

WHat do peeps think about the ATI 4890 ?

Particularly this one:
