Thats about the best your going to get it for. Supposedly its fresh install only with the OEM version.

For 64bit Home Premium:

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/173791 £72.49
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Microsoft-Windows-Home-Premium-English/dp/B002NGJO4M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=software&qid=1263240363&sr=8-1 £72.49

prob too late, but i believe the oem version is locked to your hardware id, so you cant change hardware too much or it goes byebye

If you are a student, the "ultimate steal" deal from Microsoft includes Windows 7 Professional for £69, as well as the ol Office Ultimate 2007 for £38 (maybe wait for Office 2010 though?).

I transfered OEM vista to a new pc, new mobo, cpu, ram, vc and hd. Just got asked on the phone "is this the only computer this software is installed on" I said yes and they read me the code to activate. A bit long winded but completely satisfactory result. I did the same with my laptop going from 32bit to 64bit using the same code.

This compliments 7 quite well, http://rocketdock.com/ it can get in the way of windows when you maximise them though. :s
