download it to desktop and either use stylexp or something or download a patch that enables you to use other themes without loading other programs: download it here (really works great, no memory loss because of crappy programs whatsoever )

yeah it took me a while to figure it out aswell, first you download and install/use the patch (the download it here in my previous post) and after that you double click on the msstyle file in the royal four folder(1 level down from the "royal four.theme" file)

and chips, i think the graphite one looks better but if you have blue stuff in your wallpaper/cursor the black/blue one might suit you more
