Just on the offchance someone may know.

I've been having problems connecting to CnC online.

Everytime I try to connect I get ""cannot connect to generals online" and it wont let me proceed any further. I'm fully patched no firewalls running.

I run through a router I saw some stuff about port forwarding but I'm not sure that is the problem.

Any help would be useful, cheers.

Seric.

I seem to remember with C&C that you need to reconfigure your networki settings so that you don't only have TCP/IP it needed IPX for C&C RA2, maybe it's the same for C&C Generals? 8)

Lmfao, it did take some fiddling, I can't actually remember how I fixed it in the end

P.S: If you were trying to host off a PC behind a router, then yes, you'd have a problem and you'd need to port forwards, not so sure on the joining, you can usually just join without port forwarding.
