When it dosent beep thats bad.

The beep means its past its POST. (power on self test).

The casue can be, odd post under motherboard creating a short.
Poor CPU seating, (including silicone gunk for heat transferrance to hsf)
Memory fault or not seated properly (make sure u have seomthing in RAM slot 0 as some mobo's get cranky)
Mobo DOA.

Might be a call to support if u cant get it going, send all the kit back for a test by supplier maybe???

i jumped the CMOS and then put it back again, working fine, got 1 beep, into the bios, checked the ram and processor speeds are fine
set the date

ready to install windows
