Anyone know where these are located so I can back them up? :(

Nothing worse than losing all your years worth of bookmarked browsing.. - -;;

:idea: just export them to another custom folder

bookmarks > mange bookmarks > file > export - to anywhere you want

Thanks for the info. Thats easier than what I done. the way I found was

C:\Documents and Settings\*name*\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\*yada*.default\bookmarks.html


Which just so happens to be the exact same as what you extract using the export method. Kinda nice to know for next time. The amount of times I've formatted a computer and lost the bookmarks for mozilla is countless and hours worth of trying to find things again. ^ ^;
