Leaving in the little fragments of indigestible cellulose membrane made customers believe that the drink was better, because it looked more like what comes out of an orange at home...To my mind, both [vista and Mac OSX] operating systems show a lot of juicy-bit thinking – a lot of the innovation is there to make people think things have improved, rather than to actually make a real difference."

It then goes on to quantify just why they offer very little in the way of genuine innovation. Things really haven't moved on since the 60's tbh
