Ok, so I'm looking for a program and I can't seem to find a program that sets a certain transparency that is free, I seem to remember someone mentioning one a little while back, but I've done a search and to no success. Can someone please tell me of a good free Window Transpararency Program.

Only using beta RC2 myself, and tbh, it hasn't even crashed once yet.
