gonna run a test on 3dmarknow edit: yer i abandoned it after the cpu test was at 0 fps...i only have a 2.4 amd... im guessing the 06 test is for uber pc's
The CPU framerate was really low (1-2) with my 1.8, but if wasnt zero...
Its meant to be low, but are you sure it was zero? Though 06 really does push your PC, you should still let it finish and see what score you got .

DIY phasechange is cool, literally. Gave up my hardware habit when I started playing more games, last time I benched 3D01 was July last year and did 31k but haven't upgraded since then. That's on a San Diego just under 3GHz on water and a lightly overclocked 12 pipe X800 Pro. Superpi was about 28s I think. Got some good OCZ EL3200 TCCD.
gaming started my hardware 'problem' and benchmarking made it silly
but now i enjoy building phase systems for ppl, with a little of my own benching for geil. but when new games like HL2 and BF2 come out i have to be able to run @ full settings
next re-build is planned for Crysis and Quake Wars once the DX10 cards are about Conroe @ 4+ Ghz and SLI/crossfire (which ever is best at the time) DX10 cards and 4Gb of ram OKGO... better get saving.
