Legally no. Hypothetically, there's nothing in the software to stop you, other than windoze update. Possibly.

well thats funny, coz when i had to ring up ms to get my key something something because 'teh hardware in my pc had changed dramatically; (which it turned out i didn't have to)
the guy on the phone asked me, how many pc's i had it installed on, i said 2 in max, owned by me.. and he didn't do anything to stop me.

windows has this thing, where if you install XP on a computer, after 6 months they assume that everythings fine, but if u own the disc, as long as you get rid of the OS of 1 PC then u can register another, but the minimum time is 6 months, this is all logged in a server which deletes the records after 6 months.
Bascially what im saying is that you can install XP on PC then 6 months later another PC aswell and it will register fine, however if you validate 2 PC's with MS update it will not like it and through up errors and say its illegal

I used a file called kb905474_1.5.540.0 to 'validate' my copy of xp pro and get Windows update to work.
Google will find it for you.
