What Outlook version?

Its usually in c:\program files\common files\system\mapi\1033 or
c:\program files\common files\system\msmapi\1033

Make sure Outlook is closed (look in processes under task manager) before running it.

You'll need to tick the explorer options about displaying hidden & system files to find the PST though.

Take a copy of it first :)

You can always press F3 in my computer and seach for scanpst....

Once youve found it press browse, then goto your pst file and click ok, then click start.

Like Gen sez back it up first!!

just search for it - tick the advanced boxes to look in hidden/system folders....

You can usually see where it is using control panel/mail and looking for the data file bit
