you can recover all your boomarks

just search for a file called bookmarks.html

its in the mozilla profile directory

usually something like this

C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\PROFILENAME.default\bookmarks.html

open it and check that it has all your links in it and then just move it to all the other profile directories

alternatively it might be under a further level called bookmarkbackups

if its there it will have the name bookmarksDATE.html just rename it bookmarks.html and place it in the root of the PROFILENAME.default folder overwriting the existing bookmarks.html file

hope this helps

I like to back mine up to USB stick now. You can just open the bookmarks.html and go to them on other computers too.
