The 6200 is the better card, 50mhz faster clock speed, there's a couple on ebay, just search for PNY 6200 and don't bid until the last 5 seconds :)
PCI cards are very expensive tho, you could probably buy an AGP/PCI-e motherboard compatible with your cpu and ram (£25) with a 6200 AGP/PCI-e gfx card (£23) for nearly the same price on ebay.
You would just have to make sure it fits your case and psu, otherwise it'll cost you double.

Firstly, I'd edit that post before a moderator see's it ;)

But yeah, the guys are right and I can understand your situation, but why not just wait a couple months until you can afford some better parts etc and save the money you have?

I'm 15 and I just built a new compy. But I did go for slightly cheaper options. Sorta... either way, even when you get round to building one, you can buy low end specs and just overclock it. With a little knowledge, you can achieve a fantasic computer with fair priced components. So my advice is to just save, even thought it is tempting to buy new parts. :P
