Ok, so here's the deal, I wanna limit my bro's internet because everytime I play CSS, he dicides to upload some crappy music to people that can easily download it themselves. So, what I'm asking for is if anyone knows or any ways using software of hardware that I might have. I doubt I'll be able to limit another compys bandwidth from another compy without it being the main internet host, so.

Any recommendations?

I have a Netgear WRG624v3 Router.

In other words, I don't know of any such software :(..could do with it myself sometimes to be honest.

Well, yeah, I'm the older one, but... if I wanted to I could just disconnect him all together and then I'd get a [beep] because it's too obvious, just like it I hit him. > . >

If he doesn't realise I've limited his upload rate to something stupid like 2KB/s out of the 50KB/s then he might think that it's taking too long to transfer and people will use their own damned bandwith rather than stealing mine! > <

My ping goes soo high it makes me cringe damnit!
