Does anyone know how to edit these PDF files that you get? I have no idea how to when I don't have the origonal documents it's been converted from, I don't even know if it's possible to edit them, lol

Hmmm, I'm fairly sure you cant I think the whole idea behind the PDF was to protect against plagurism, e.g. you cant copy / paste
Then again I might be way off

You can add comments to PDF's with Acrobat, but that's it

adobe acrobat reader can only read pdf's but there's a buyable version (adobe acrobat) that can edit them aswell
the reader's the free part of the bigger package

I was talking about the bigger package which I use at work, but if I'm missing something enlighten me on how to do it
