Wait for the new improved 360 with HDMI slot & larger HDD. Also these should have installed the latest DVD drives that were causing majority of the issues with the older models.

Future titles like GTA4, Assassins Creed, Splinter Cell & Halo3 are mouthwatering.

Being Microsoft theres alot happening with PC Vista/Media Users. Theres already a few games that merge multiplayer cross format.

Wii like most Nintendo consoles, with Snes being an exception, is just a novelty console aimed at group play but gets boring very fast solo.

PS3 is too expensive a console that has no decent games out thats not currently on offer on 360 anyway for alot less dollar. With future titles like Metal Gear etc it will be worth purchasing when game prices drop & the console drops in price also.

So my advice is to wait for Xmas Deals

Get a megadrive and have fun. Or stick with the PC and have more fun.

as someone that has had all 3 definatly PS3 ftw. the capabilities of it are massive give it a while and this will be the king console

Well Magoo, i haven't played a PS3 either so i can't really comment..

So i'd probably say Xbox 360. If you do decide to get one, a must have game is Gears Of War. Was playing it round GenPubJNR's.
