Change in plan everyone  After a lot of thought last week i've now done a 360 and decided to build a new pc from scratch :D I have most of the cash sorted to build me new machine :D I have most of my ideas planned out but I want a bit advice in any case and would like to know wether anyone can see any potential problems :?

Ok first off am buying 90% of the parts from ebuyer and the rest mouse, keyboard speakers other none important parts from ebay/local store etc..

The system will basically comprise of:
AMD Dual Core 6000 (Cheaper than Intel, and always used AMD)
Gigabyte GAM57 SLI S4 AM2 (went for this over ASUS M2NDeluxe570 SLI)
2x 1GB Corsair 6400 800mhz RAM
320GB Seagate SATA II HDD

Then Graphics a think am going for a Sparkle 8500GT 512MB PCI-E for now but a would like to throw another one of these in to use SLI within a few months. Will this work with this card and is it worth using two graphics cards :?:

Finally last thing I cant decide on is the O/S :(
Never used Linux so would prefer Windows, but heard bad reports of windows Vista :?: then there's the thing of wether to go with 32bit or 64bit :?:

I use me pc for games (CSS Ftw :D) a small bit office work, and dowloading music/movies etc .. Any ideas thanks Snowball :D

If your settling for the cheaper graphics option, head for the 8600GT at least, and Vista 32bit. :D
