With the ebay one your going to want to change the graphics card almost instantly.

The ebay looks good on the surface, but the lack of an SLi motherboard and brill gfx card really limits your lifespan and upgrade value
Try
http://www.pcoption.co.uk and go on gamer base units

mobo - £70 - £100 (loads a really good mobos for this price range)
case - can get a case for £18
ram - £67 (2 gig corsair 800mhz)
gfx - £180 (xfx 8800gts 320mb)
cpu - £104 (e6320)
psu - £60
hdd - £32 (WD oem 160gb sata)
Total = £561 if you got for a £100 mobo
thats a better gaming rig than the one on ebay.

even if you did wanna get the ebay one and change the gfx you might need to up the psu depending on what card you put in, apparently 600w is pretty much the mininum for most 8800's series cards, especially the gtx.
build it yourself, flatlines suggestions seems good to me although if you could stregth to a slightly more powerful cpu, isnt the Q6600 under £200 now? or wait till end of the year/beginning of next when amd bring out their quad cores, hopefully that will drap prices down
