Gents I have no internet where im living im streaming radion & telly from the aireal ....the radio is pre set stations and i want Capital radion but obviously cant tune it in ... question is there a radio tuner i can download

Have you tried a wireless card for ya PC and making a DIY antenna. Then dangle your bits out the windows to pick up a signal? There's bound to an unsecured network drifing around somewhere.

a lot of tv tuner cards will do fm radio.

just google fm tuner card

for example wintv, a well known brand, comes with a fm athenna

should do what you want, but i think there are cheaper alternatives out there
