Local machine: prepared for the installation
Actions plan:
Error: Service Avg7RsW needs to be installed, but it has been marked by the Windows as delete pending during previous unintallation process. Please restart the computer to finnish pending service deletion.
My AVG Free anti-virus is giving me that stupid error everytime I go to install it. And YES!! I have restarted my PC countless times before anyone points of the blatently ovbious...
Is there a manual method I can use to delete the files that are pending...?
I've already removed the files it left over..

shot in the dark, but can you try installing to a different directory?
Otherwise its time to trawl the registry.
mabey a registry cleaning tool first before installing.
or bring up task manager and end the avg7rsw service first if its actually running

have you got AVG Rootkit on?
If so, uninstall it, then try a reinstall of AVG

found the problem and damn I feel stupid... I changed clock for reasons that aren't required... and forgot to change the year back... so it was causing it to mess up everytime...
