Well... the £600 range is usually pretty good. So you should be able to find one that will load and run a crapload of stuff at a nice smooth speed. Just the graphics are usually a bit wankey..

As for the "ex bitch" part... just tell her its £800... if she says its too much, say you found the cheaper one. If not, keep the extra as overhead.

Just looked around a bit and found two that are roughly around 600-700. But thats mainly if you want lolVista installed when you buy.


This one is better. I think this would be my choice of purchase to be honest.

But this one is cheaper obviously, but has a slightly larger screen and resolution. But its probs more than suitable to do the job for your daughter.
