was reading on ebuyer (where i got the card) at the comments on the bottom... Quote: Brilliant card. I upgraded from a 7900GS and there was a hell of a difference. My 3DMark06 score jumped by nearly 7000 just changing to one of these. Has been playing Bioshock and Medal of Honor: Airborne both on full settings with no problem at all. Like a few of the other people reviewing here my card came with a metal handle like thing which I had to remove in order to get it to fit properly in my case (this card is huge) removal is no problem though.
Great card and excellent service from ebuyer as usual. something tells me my card is faulty with the difference to what i had to his...

ok so me and simon spent about 3 hours trying to get my pc working... consisted of taking it apart a little... and putting it all back together... we found that... if we put my psu on all my components apart from the graphics card... and put 2 of his power cables (pci cables) into my card (with 1 of mine goin into his graphics card... he has GTS, which worked fine in my pc) it worked find... he also tested all the power in the cables and they was all 12.1v so that should b fine for the card.
so any ideas?

did you try your psu in his pc?
if not plug it all in so that all of his stuff is running on your psu,if it works with his gfx card simply put your gfx card in his pc.
if you psu runs all his components inc his gfx and then it runs all his components with your gfx then you know its not your psu or your gfx card.

if you psu runs all his components inc his gfx and then it runs all his components with your gfx then you know its not your psu or your gfx card. but mine and his case is a bitch to take the psu's out... we have to take the whole pc apart to get the psu out... and the cables dont reach from 1 pc to the other (we tried) but that was y we tried me running my pc apart from my graphics card (ran his instead in his pc)... and he ran his pc with his psu running my card... and it worked... we took my card out and put his in and it worked fine... but his only has 1 power port... mine has 2... so its a bit different... but he did check the power in the cables... and they was all 12.1 so i cant see it being a power problem even though it says it is...

the graphic glitching i get in prostreet can take screenshot of that because it happens for periods of time... cod4 is harder... people and objects disappear...

ITS THE PSUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
baaaasically, summit wrong in the first revision of this PSU and it tricks the GFXcard to thinking theres not enough power for it, so it runs real slow
If you contact manufacturer they will send you the updated version (2nd revision) all nice and shiny
