ive been hit by a 300,000 volt one before. once you get used to the sensation of being electrocuted it doesnt wrok for defense, its really just the shock of "oh crap im getting stunned" that is the defense....... al least with the lower volt and amp ones, the higher ones i cant say but i assume they would shut down the nervous system for a time

One thing that's really got my goat over the past few years was the fact that we're (americans) able to get assault rifles again after it was banned for almost 10 years. No problems with people having hand guns for self defence but assault rifles....lol c'mon that should be for the Police & Military only. Don't think the 2nd Ammendment was created with them in mind.

2nd amed states that we have the rite to bare arms in the formation of a state militia and in self defense..... seeing as the federal gov has taken over all the once states militias which are now known as the national gaurd it is necessary for groups to be able to defend themselves if need be, most people buying assult rifles arnt going to shoot the place up, i have an SKS and my buddy has an AK47, both of which can fire full auto..... what do we use them for ...... making a loud noise while shooting targets and using our expendable income.... why else would you buy them now.... but if the sheet ever hits the fan ive got enough rounds to deal with stuff or simply hunt on my land.

only thing i thik should be regulated is ceramic guns like glocs and what not that can be snuck into secure places, your not going to sneak in an freakin assault rifle

Living up in NW Ohio we have our fair share of "militia" with the Michigan Militia being the most prominant I guess. Perhaps it's being a Brit living in America but the whole attitude of "we need big guns because the government has big guns" strikes me as crazy...greater freedoms have been taken away from the American citizen without a single bullet being fired...

Ok well the militias and stuff that make an ass of pipe bombs and and bury them and tell their kids to try to stop the gov at every turn are wrong, but then there are some people who just want to buy guns to shoot for target practice. And something "going down" I was saying something big.... you got your hand guns and that neat little flashlight gun for random hodlums robing you. I live in a very rural setting and i know most ofthe people around me and have 4 dogs wich i know its a stereotype but certain people who would be breaking into your home are scared of dogs.
