I'm not sure how much people know on this subject, but oh well, here it goes.

I'm looking into buying a DJ Mixer (so not a massive 30 channel thing...). So I was wondering what you could recommend. I'd really prefer not to spend over £400 unless its a little over and well worth the extra cash.

People tell me that Mixers are all the same, but I don't want one that will just do fading really... But anything that will start me off is good. I can always upgrade to something like a DJM800 later on or something when I dig up that kinda dosh.

I tend to play dance, hardcore etc. Mainly fast fast music. I've been looking at a DJM600 lately because I can get a second hand one pretty cheap and which seems to be in good condition. I'm currently building up the set, but I only got one CDJ1000 MK3 at the moment. No point in getting 2 players with no mixer right?

And style? I'm more of a hyper DJ I guess?

Yeah I have and decided I want to move away from that idea and actually use the hardware and not have to rely on software (unless making customs sounds etc...). Just a personal preference.

Also, I bought a DJM600 for £350 second hand off ebay. Owner says the faders etc are all perfect and theres no crackling when changing frequencies etc. Mic works perfect. (basically mint condition) So hopefully all is well and I'll recieve it Friday.
