Is she on welfare or something?  Cuz I'm sure she's on SOMETHING! But it's on the internet...  Can someone explain to her the fact that if the water is fine enough, the sunlight refracts or something.... She was right one thing - spectrum. Pity. YES!! We must get rid of all the water and oxygen on this planet so that we can stop the spread of this. We must do it now before it is too late and this "rainbow" causes a national disaster. I know how we can do this We shall warm this planet up, with cars and factories and anything else that will create heat, so that all the water will "evaporate" into the air and we shall keep it warm so that it doesn't come back down again. We must protect ourselves from these rainbows, they mean to kill us. It is a good thing that this person thought to warn us, as I'm sure that no-one else has even considered the possibility of this government conspiracy.
