Now that is very nice, I can't quite see how you would get the os installed initially, but the mind boggles at the possibilities.

you need to learn more about networking mate  NAT`ing on the ingress and egress interface is a bad idea. its not secure to do it on the same eth as a crafted packet can still get through is ok ill stick this router in there as well - still low power _________________

I thought it was an ethernet over power thing.  So apart from the form factor, what's the diff between THAT and an old PC lying around gathering dust?
