I would like to see a comparison betweek 10k raptors for example vs ssd raid ;)

By that time Windows will be 10 zillion MB's .. Although saying that windows 7 might actually be less bloated than Vista from what I've heard... :grin:

there out there - tomshardware etc
ssd own - no need for ncq and no rotational latencey for a start and the iop`s just own it

That isn't actually a RAID array by definition though, Inexpensive disks? Yeah right!!

So there you have it, the SSD RAED array, job done.

Already pretty much decided that my next PC will have SSD though, plans for early next year hopefully will be possible for cheap(er) SSD's by then. Come on China, give us your slant on things and get them cheap!
