Now I'm sure that most of us have had the email from microsoft regarding cheaper pre-order prices on Windows 7.

What is the difference between the versions?
ie.
You have Windows 7 Professional E and N, what is the E and the N?

Anyone tempted by the offer and if so which version are you going for?

i've used windows 7 since it was released as a beta and its very good. runs better and faster then vista . Simply put, its what vista should have been.
I'll be picking up a copy when its out

One thing is for certain - buying Ultimate is utterly pointless :thumbd:

Because the only features that you apparently get that aren't in Pro, are bitlocker and 35 language packs. :| Are they taking the piss? Oh, and no 'Ultimate Extras', not that the Vista ones were any good really...
