I have my pc for about a year now, and all was well,
until suddenly vista decided that certain programs stopped working,
"error: this program has stopped working" blah blah blah
old and new games keep crashing within 20 minutes. (again, they all worked before)
Its weird because ive never had any problems of any kind on my pc...
googled it and found out that loads of ppl have this problem, but theres no known solution for it?
so plan B is this, also from google,

2. Click All Programs
3. Right click on the application you're trying to run
4. Select Properties
5. Click on the Compatibility tab
6. Check the checkbox next to "Run in compability mode for:"
7. Select XP SP 2 from the dropdown
8. Click "Apply"
9. Click "OK"
10. Then open up the application as you normally would.
Anyone know if i forgot about something else i can try or if the above quoted solution will/won't help?
