i wish it would !!!

can anyone advise me on a good/free spyware removal tool/utility as i dont have the knowledge to remove the above program myself !

i have just bought AVG's full package and i couldn't install it.After a few emails to AVG they informed me that my problem was with the 'Spyware stop' program.I had this on my pc for a year then didn't bother renewing as it was causing loads of problems ( after googling it i now know why ! however at the time it was recommended to me by someone trusted lol )

anyway,add/remove programes won't work.a few sites have instructions for manual removal but its a bit over my head....and the rest of them seem to want your money and just add to the problem !!!

spybot did remove the spyware stop program but i still couldn't load AVG lol !

i ended up having an AVG technician remote into my pc ! the only way he could install it was in safemode so i still don't know why i had so many probs
