In this case, the squares are white, but they are usually black, and occasionally multi-coloured. Very very off-putting  _________________  LINUX : If it was any good, they'd charge for it. I think that usually means your video memory's f*cked. Had an Nvidia card a few years back that did that, ended up getting it replaced.  _________________

Just isn't all the time mate, can go all day with no problems, then other times it's there all the time. Had that with my BFG 8800gtx, but it had a lifetime warranty so got a new 250 1Gb OC as a replacement.
Those cards tend to have long guarantees so check it out.

i agree its memory, might only be a small area in the memory array which doesnt get accessed alot hence its hit and miss
know anyone else with a pc to test it in theres?
