Righty ho guys, i've just moved home and got broadband etc

i need a wireless card for my pc, however my mobo has no space pci slots.... so i guess its a usb wireless stick thingy? Are these ok and does anybody have a decent one to reccomend, Network N please

where PC is going would require a 50FT long cable lol, sod pulling the carpet and laminate up to try wire that in

i agree, try the network powerpoint adapters first, they depend on the quality of the wiring in the house, but are faster, more bandwidth and more stable then wireless.

most wireless are 53 mbit at best, but the plugs can be rated up to 500mbit
