Please be aware that we also charge £15 + VAT for collection and £10 + VAT for re-delivery.
We cannot exchange the drive for you as it is in full working order.

can anyone help with my response was thinking of saying the likes of being held to ransom to pay another £45 to get a £70 drive back. No compramise or proof the drive works.
Any help with my rights?

just got a email telling me they have destroyed my ssd  absolute scammers, £85 down now and no ssd feckers! _________________
