i dont have 73x 580s like yourself haha. upped to 8gb of ram from 4gb and put in a cache drive Quote: Quote: worked wonders for BF3, silky as velvet and load times are teeny tiny now! Really impressed with the cache drive! _________________

tbh i would of gone with somert like this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showprodu ... =HD-075-OCcache is for read only usually due to home systems not being able to destage the cache in the event of a power issue still if all you do is play games it will be a nice boost  _________________

yer was looking at putting the os on one of them, but the cache is working well as "boosts" the whole 500gb hd, well the 50gb most common used files i guess lol
seems to be working a charm at the moment though, when 250gb ssds are under £100 ill move across lol

I was quite surprised from reading into SSD's how unreliable and fickle they are. I thought part of their charm was supposed to be that they last forever with no moving parts etc..... how wrong I was.  _________________  LINUX : If it was any good, they'd charge for it. The patch feels like it improved things a bit. colours are betteer and i seem to be able to kill more people with the g3 now
