My parents need to replace their old PC.

Their budget is not fix but I guess roughly £450-500 for the PC incl. Win 7 or 8 (got monitor etc.).

All they do is emails, browsing and word.

It need to be as fast as possible and quiet for that purpose as it's possible on a limited budget.

Would you guys buy something like this?:

At my parents place but I will go home tonight so I will be on TS.

The old one is not worth keeping. It's an old HP XW4200 workstation I gave them ages ago and it's too slow and too loud.
